Design-partner program.

We are entering design-partner engagements with portfolio owners, REITs, and facility-management teams — to prove detection on real building data and build the network from its first node.

What the program is

Custra is synthetically proven. The next gate is real building data, and for that we need design partners who bring real fault history and help us confirm detection before we scale.

The design-partner engagement is a joint proof-of-detection project, not a free trial. We work through your building data together. You get a building-intelligence capability that is proven on your systems, your faults, and your dispatch workflow — not a promise of one.

Engagements run 90 days and typically cover:

  • Ingest connector deployment for your BMS / historian / CMMS
  • Operating-state baseline establishment across all monitored systems
  • First fault detection on live or historical data
  • Root-cause correlation and ServiceCase lifecycle walkthrough
  • CFO plug-in: hard-dollar value quantification on verified events
  • Shared findings report — what we proved, what we learned, next steps

Who we’re looking for

Portfolio type

Office towers · industrial / logistics · healthcare facilities · data centers · retail chains · multifamily. Single-building or portfolio. Owned or managed.

Data access

BMS historian data, CMMS fault logs, or sensor telemetry — at least 6 months of history preferred. Live data access is ideal; historical export works.

Team

A facilities manager or VP of property operations who can assess the findings and a willingness to sit in on a monthly review call.

Geography

US-based portfolios preferred for the first cohort. International engagements considered on a case-by-case basis.
